u-sushi, that newly opened customizable fast casual roll restaurant in Beverly Hills, has big plans for expansion. Just three weeks after opening in LA owner Jeremy Umland (also behind Ozumo in LA/SF) debuted a second such cafe in San Francisco, and in the future he plans to open three to four more LA eateries perhaps on Sunset and in Santa Monica.
