It's 2012 people and the food truck revolution continues. New to the game, as of December 31, is Luckdish, which takes form as a sleek airstream serving aluminum tubs of veggie, shrimp, or chicken curry alongside white rice. Luckdish touts "100% natural ingredients" and napkins come stamped with an additional explanation on curry and the healthful properties found in its spices.
