Vinny Laresca, the club guy going restaurant, drops Eater a note with more details on his next Hollywood venture, Outpost Restaurant. Vinny says that his new place, formerly Atlantic Bar & Grill, will manifest itself as a Western-themed "neighborhood saloon" inspired by his love of Western cowboy movies, serving affordable American comfort food with all plates priced at $8 or less and the 10 beers on tap costing $4 and under. Expect 25 LCD TVs and stadium-style seating to enable optimal viewing. Vinny himself designed the space with comfort in mind, and the restaurant's outdoor patio will be part of that new Cahuenga corridor alley project. He plans to open "sometime in the near future."
