DOWNTOWN— It's another story of food truck and brick and mortar. Mac & Cheeza's owner, Larkin Mackey, recently told LAW that he was going to have to close his brick and mortar location downtown. Meanwhile, he's been working on moving the operation onto a food truck. He's also expanding. He's about to launch a food truck both in Los Angeles and New Orleans. [LAW]
CHINO— I & I Brewing, the newest in the thriving micro and small brewery business, has opened shop today in Chino. The menu currently features six offerings, including Honey Cream Ale, Peach Wheat Ale and a Belgian Cranberry Wheat.
