Jose De Jesus Ruiz has been charged with one count of murder after he fatally stabbed another man last Saturday at a Monterey Park Shakey's. A dispute broke out at the restaurant following a Pop Warner football game and escalated from a verbal altercation to a physical fight which ended in the death of Patrick Raymond Ortega. [LAT]
