And Now Chef Ludo is Opening A Second LA Restaurant

Today Zagat posts a follow up piece to its introductory blurb on Ludo Lefebvre and his forthcoming "truck-stop" themed restaurant he will open with Jon Shook and Vinny Dotolo (Animal, Son of a Gun), and as it turns out Ludo is opening TWO restaurants: "Now we are opening a restaurant with Jon and Vinny and we are opening another after too." BOOM. No other specifics on the second planned eatery, however with regard to LudoBites 10.0, Ludo states that the pop-up is scheduled to take place next month, likely his last pop-up, which will feature a selection of his best LudoBites dishes.
