Fraser, Manzke, Travi, Angelini All Cook at Test Kitchen

Test Kitchen is making its way back into the stomachs of Angelenos, to be hosted this year by chef Ori Menashe at his hotly anticipated Arts District Italian spot, Bestia. In addition to Walter Manzke and Neal Fraser who launch the pop-up on October 16, above the running list thus far of additional chef talent. Note, Bestia is holding its own preview on October 17 and the long absent Jason Travi (Fraiche, Riva) is cooking with Gino Angelini (Angelini Osteria, RivaBella), Micah Wexler (Mezze), and Elderoy Arendse (Fraiche) the following day.
