Ludo Names Resto Le Routier, Might Open High End Fried Chicken Place Next Year

One of chef Ludo Lefebvre's two new restaurants, the truck stop themed operation on Highland and Melrose, has been named Le Routier. It will serve a bistro meets fine dining mix with collaborative efforts from chefs Jon Shook and Vinny Dotolo of Animal/Son of a Gun.

In other news, for that second Ludo restaurant, sounds like the chef is considering a high end fried chicken place to open possibly next year. Based off the popularity of Ludo's fried chicken truck, concept number two doesn't sound like a bad idea. Ludo Fried Chicken, LFC? Has a nice ring to it.
