A couple updates in the world of ice cream sandwich seller Coolhaus. First, founders Natasha Case and Freya Estreller just signed a lease for their second ice cream sandwich shop in Old Town Pasadena, right next to Intelligentsia and the new Umami in a subdivision of where Foot Locker used to be and where the Linus Bikes pop-up is currently located. They hope to open for the holidays. Second, Coolhaus has started to accept orders via its new online store which is selling pint and ice cream sandwich of the month memberships, Coolhaus-brand gear, and seasonal ice cream cakes. For now the shop is pretty basic, but the plan is to build it out further in the future.
