Pitfire Pizza founders Paul Hibler (Superba Snack Bar) and David Sanfield are opening their seventh branch of the hip, wood-fired California pizzeria in Manhattan Beach this coming December. Replacing the shutttered Pasta Pomodoro on Manhattan Beach Boulevard near the MB Pier, this location, like many others, will offer both indoor and al fresco seating, to be designed by Anthony Agriam (Gjelina, Pitfire Pizza Fairfax). As it now stands, lunch and dinner hours of operation should run from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and 12-10 p.m. on Sunday.
