Fast food takes on new meaning at Umami Burger Westwood, or U-Mini. Save for furniture, the pieces are mostly in place at Umami's first down-scaled dining venture, which is slated to serve a short burger menu in addition to "new test products," including burger specials and other Umami goods. The 1,200 square foot, 45-seat space will operate without waiters and focus on quick serve/to-go orders.
