Today brings the inception of yet another ramen joint, Men Oh Tokushima Ramen, a chain out of Japan with two prior US locations in NorCal. The small LA eatery, located in Little Tokyo's Honda Plaza, serves a soup from Japan's Tokushima region, an area which is known for pig farming. Thusly, Men Oh's Tokushima ramen is favored for its rich pork bone broth. [LAW]
