New, 3 comments

BEVERLY HILLS— Here's the current situation at sugarFISH Beverly Hills, replacing Madame Chocolat on Canon. The space is totally gutted, quite obviously much work to still be done. [EaterWire]

SANTA MONICA— Those behind Hostaria del Piccolo on Broadway are planning CiBOTECA, a new Italian concept opening directly next door within the next few months (likely January/February 2013). As it turns out, the forthcoming eatery will manifest as an Italian deli, possibly or possibly not a bit of competition for nearby Bay Cities.

STUDIO CITY— Take A Bao is about to celebrate its first birthday, and on Halloween all customers score a freebie tempura banana ice cream sundae with any check over $20. Use this coupon. [EaterWire]
