SANTA MONICA— Those behind Hostaria del Piccolo on Broadway are planning CiBOTECA, a new Italian concept opening directly next door within the next few months (likely January/February 2013). As it turns out, the forthcoming eatery will manifest as an Italian deli, possibly or possibly not a bit of competition for nearby Bay Cities.
