Beverly Hills' Avalon hotel is getting in on the white truffle action in a very pricey way. Chef Mirko Paderno over at Oliverio is plating up Raviolo all'Uovo (egg yolk, ricotta cheese, white truffle) for $125, Hamburger al Tartufo (Kobe beef burger, truffle cheese, 2 oz fresh white truffle) and Pizzetta al Tartufo (buffalo mozzarella, 2 oz fresh white truffle), both priced at $500 each.
