Last week Amici Trattoria in Brentwood received its first shipment of white truffles for the season, available from now until February. The menu is less pricey than, say, Oliverio, but buffalo mozzarella with white truffles will still set you back $65, and the most costly dish, veal scaloppine with white truffles and shaved Parmesan, comes in at $110.
