Brad A. Johnson, once anonymous food critic for Angeleno magazine and recent judge on GSN's Beat the Chefs, has accepted a position as restaurant critic for the Orange County Register. The new gig starts November 12 and Johnson will cover restaurants around the Orange County vicinity.
