Here we are once again with a delightful Plywood Report. See something under construction in your neighborhood? Tips and photos are welcome.
1) Mid-City West: While waiting on permanent signage, Lady M Confections has posted a banner. The windows are papered over and construction continues inside. No firm word on when the place might open, there's still much to be done. [EaterWire]
2) Beverly Hills: Passers-by notice that Georgetown Cupcakes on Robertson is coming right along. Exterior architectural elements have been installed such that the facade will resemble the original D.C. bakery. [ELA]
3) Mid-City West: Sirena has been under construction for a full year now. Construction crews on the inside think it will be another three weeks before they'll have tables and chairs in there. [EaterWire]
4) West Hollywood: The demolition crews have moved out. Michael Cimarusti's Connie & Ted's is officially under construction, one two-by-four at a time. It is literally now just a framed plywood structure. [EaterWire]
