DOWNTOWN— A new 6,000 square foot French bistro called Coco Laurent will soft open on November 12 near Mo-Chica and across from Bottega Louie at 7th and Grand Avenue. Proprietor Vincent Terzian of the Crocker Club is bringing in chef Guillaume Jouvet by way of Paris to prepare bistro fare from morning to night.
