FEED Body & Soul has yet to open on Abbot Kinney, but in preparation for its debut chef Matthew Dickson will preview a couple dishes at Sunday's Localicious gala. Look for vegan German butterball potato, pumpkin seed and blackened escarole soup with cashew crème; and roasted Blue Hubbard squash salad with baby torpedo onions, red kale, and a labneh, tahini preserved lemon dressing. As a quick recap, FEED replaces J's Kitchen with new breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus focused on organic and sustainable ingredients. Marcos Tello is consulting on drinks. [EaterWire]
