Seasons 52 in Century City Looks Like ... All the Rest

For the last several months, plywood walls have shielded Seasons 52 — the Orlando, Florida export with a healthy objective of serving plates under 475 calories — from Santa Monica Boulevard. Now, with a slightly delayed opening set for November 26, management is training staff and executive chef/partner Jessica Koine (Seasons 52 at South Coast Plaza) is working in tandem with corporate executive chef Clifford Pleau on finalizing her large format seasonal fall menu that so far includes Manchester Farms Grilled Quail and Piedmontese Steak.

It's not always easy for a large establishment, much less a chain, to source from smaller farms, but Seasons 52's list of farm purveyors is pretty impressive: Frog Hollow, Murray Farms, Reiger Family Farm and Tutti Fruitti comprise only a selection of the restaurant's relationships.

This here eatery at the Westfield Century City mall mirrors prior locations with basic woodwork and stone throughout. Booths and a separate bar space are standard, meanwhile plants add color to the space and a separate glassed-in Chef's Garden from GreenScaped Buildings continues the property's seasonal, local, farm-centric theme.
