Public School 310 Preps to School Culver City Dec 10

Those behind Grill Concepts LLC thought that Culver City needed more beer. Thus, over the last half year they've built a more developed version of Public School 612 (which was really more of conceptual test space) in the once home to Fraiche and aptly named the gastropubby craft beer haunt Public School 310. Management has replaced glasses of Bordeaux with cans of beer from Golden Road Brewing and Maui Brewing Co., and a pretty solid happy hour runs daily from 4 to 7 p.m. with white bean hummus and speck and eggs for $4.

Overall, executive chef Phil Kastel's (Daily Grill) lunch and dinner menus are pretty eclectic. Sure, there are sandwiches, salads, and fuller plates, though constructions range from a salmon-pastrami reuben to Irish Stout short ribs. Public School 310 is set to debut on December 10.
