Last Friday, executive chef of The Churchill, Bruce Kalman, and Eater Test Kitchen paid a visit to Initiative's Miracle Mile office. Kalman whipped up decadent bites, including house-made duck prosciutto with roasted fuyu persimmon, burrata, saba, and a cranberry walnut crostini, and carrot, apple, ginger soup with spiced apple chutney and pumpkin seeds. To wash it all down, Kalman served The Churchill's famous old fashioned. A big thanks to our hosts at Initiative and to Kalman for the delicious food and beverages.
