Pici Enoteca, the Beverly Hills Italian project by WireImage founder Jeff Vespa and former Parq chef Jason Harley or "Chef J," is on the market at $250,000 after just over one year of service. The sale of the small space, initially designed by Spacecraft (management took over aesthetics partway into construction), includes all furniture, fixtures, and equipment, plus a 41 beer and wine license that could be upgraded to a 47. The restaurant itself spans about 1,250-square-feet and comes with a 350-square-foot second floor office. More here.
