Location two for Guisados, a Boyle Heights taco place praised by Jonathan Gold, will open next month in the defunct La Esquinita home on Sunset Boulevard in Echo Park. The menu will remain the same as that served in Boyle Heights with the exception of a newly added weekend brunch. Owner Armando De La Torre hopes to stay open later and serve beer and wine in the future. He also has a third branch launching next year in downtown. [The Eastsider, previously]
