HOLLYWOOD—George Abou-Daoud's The Mercantile has introduced new dinner and brunch menus with help from former Top Chef contestant CJ Jacobson. Newly added is duck rillette with blueberries, chili and pickled ginger; ricotta stuffed crepes with grilled chard, tomato coulis and herbs; and eggs benedict with pinot noir hollandaise and grilled ham; plus more.
