Kevin Meehan wants to turn his underground dinner party, Kali Dining, into a permanent westside fixture. The chef, who continued to serve foie gras after the July 1 ban, revealed a few details via Facebook and his newsletter on the restaurant he hopes to open: "We have also been focusing on the our next big project, planning to go brick and mortar. Trying to set up shop on the west side in a small intimate restaurant, still planning and fund raising. If interested in participating with the project, please let us know, we would love your involvement." Potential investors can reach out to Kevin here.
