As of early 2012 Mohawk Bend has a new executive chef in the kitchen. Recent addition Mike Garber lands at Tony Yanow's beer-centric, vegan-friendly eatery by way of BLD and Whist at the Viceroy. Garber is in the process of adding seasonal specials and a monthly beer dinner series which kicks off February 23 in conjunction with Allagash Brewery. Three courses plus beer pairings for $35.
