Voting for Eater's Fourth Annual Hot Chefs Competition concludes today on the local level with this final heat. Today young Michael's chef John-Carlos Kuramoto goes head to head with Taylor Boudreaux of Napa Valley Grille. The victor will go on to face the winners from other Eater cities. May the hottest chef win.
