Bouchon's Fried Chicken To-Go, Maximiliano Does Brunch, More!

BEVERLY HILLS— Starting February 27 Bouchon offers to-go buckets of fried chicken. To be clear, this is the famed Ad Hoc fried chicken that Thomas Keller made famous up in Napa. And it's not cheap. Cost: $36/person. [EaterWire]

ELYSIAN VALLEY— T Magazine profiles "an occasional restaurant" called Elysian near Echo Park. "Creative Director" and cook David Thorne plus wife Julia Meltzer and parter Wu Tsang are behind this project and since November they have been organizing dinners using local ingredients for about 60 guests in a converted warehouse.
