Oysters at Chaya, Five Guys Opening Feb 13, More!

VENICE— Chaya is rocking out with all things oyster. From February 16 through March 3 the restaurant will serve an Oyster Fair menu during dinner service featuring hot and cold oyster preparations from Kumamotos on the half shell to Striped Bass and Oyster Papillote. [EaterWire]
