12 Washington, located at 12 Washington Blvd in Marina del Rey, will shutter on Valentine's Day after 36 years of business. Yo! Venice! reports that the restaurant opened in 1976 and current ownership took over in 2001. Supposedly management "lost the lease" and a new Italian haunt is set to move in.
