Chow v. Chow

2011_mr_chow_phillipe_again1.jpgReps send word that Michael Chow, of the Mr. Chow chain, recently won another court case against his former employee/current rival Philippe Chow. The jury found that Philippe Chow Restaurants and its owners were guilty of "unfair competition by deceptive conduct" and false advertising. Philippe was apparently telling the public that he created many of the famous dishes at Mr. Chow, when that wasn't the case at all. The jury awarded $1 million in damages to Mr. Chow. [-ENY-]
