So far the culinary lineup at UMAMIcatessen, which opens March 3, looks like this: Chris Cosentino of Incanto in San Francisco will open PIGG, a tribute to all things pork; there's a kosher-style deli en route called The Cure; an expanded Umami Burger flips burgers; and in the alky department Adrian Biggs of La Descarga and Harvard & Stone will man The Back Bar. Local coffee cafe Spring for Coffee also claims ground to serve both non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages. Now, let's add a couple more to the queue. Just announced is Micah Wexler of Mezze who helped created items for The Cure such as bagels, smoked fish, matzo ball soup, and knishes. Meanwhile, Red Medicine's Jordan Kahn devised some of the pastries served at Spring for Coffee.
