SANTA MONICA— Santa Monica Daily Press says that Sarlan Builders Inc. has filed a lawsuit against Andrew Kirschner alleging that the chef owes over $120,000 for construction work completed at Tar & Roses. Reps for the restaurant claim to know nothing about the suit. [SMDP via GS]
