Broadway Ale House Shuttered/Suspended by ABC

Yikes. Toddrickallen discovers that Broadway Ale House, once known as Fifth Amendment Alehouse, has been shuttered by the ABC board and a "Notice of Suspension" is taped to the door. However, according to signage this 30 suspension kicked in alllll the way back on December 6, but here we are in early February and doors are still locked tight (literally, there's a chain and lock around door handles) and mail is piling up on the floor. Sounds like this one might be gone for good...
