Today, via the Starry Kitchen newsletter, comes word that Laurent Quenioux will cook his last meals at the downtown eatery March 18-21 (resy here) after nine months of guest cheffing. However, the newsletter teases, "we all think this should become something more permanent in the future (don't you think?!) We already have a semblance of a plan on how we want to evolve it..." A few weeks ago Starry Kitchen co-owner Nguyen Tran mentioned a second Starry Kitchen concept in the works, perhaps 2.0 will yield a more permanent LQ+SK collaboration. [EaterWire]
