Josh Goldman Parts From ink. to Pursue "Personal Goals"

General manager and sommelier Josh Goldman has been beside chef Michael Voltaggio's side since their days at the Dining Room within The Langham hotel in Pasadena. Pre-renovation, of course. When Voltaggio announced that he would open a restaurant in West Hollywood, he brought along Goldman to appropriately run FOH and handle alcohol. Thus, since day one, Goldman was part of ink.'s opening team. Just three weeks ago came word that ink.'s lauded barman Devon Espinosa decamped to work on the soon-to-open Pour Vous, now comes news that as of last Wednesday Goldman too has amicably separated from the restaurant. Voltaggio explains that "Josh has some personal goals that he needs to focus on and I'll always support him." Intel leads us to believe that Goldman might be looking to open his own spot.
