UK chefs Heston Blumenthal (The Fat Duck) and Simon Hulstone (The Elephant) have collaborated on the British Airways in-flight dining menu for the Olympic Games. Well, to be precise, Hulstone created the dishes — which are inspired by the airline's 1948 menu — "with the support" of Blumenthal. The menus will be offered from May through September, and dishes include "potted braised beef with a potato and horseradish topping, served with hispy cabbage, baby carrots, and roasted shallots with a rich jus."
