Spaghetti House by Orris On The Market, Avail Now

This is... curious. As anticipated, Orris chef/owner Hideo Yamashiro transitioned his Sawtelle eatery over to Spaghetti House by Orris on February 2, but according to a LoopNet listing verified two weeks ago, the restaurant is on the market. Looks like this one is on the DL as the listing admonishes, "DO NOT DISTURB RESTAURANT STAFFS!! DO NOT TALK OR ASK TO RESTAURANT STAFFS AT ALL!!" Anyway, the 1,600 square foot eatery costs $7,950 a month and is available right away. It's sold "as is," comes with a 41 beer and wine license, self/valet parking, and 54 seats total including 16 on the patio.
