Word on the street is that Reza Roohi, owner of 2007 hotspot Villa lounge in West Hollywood and operator behind the defunct Tiger Sushi in Beverly Hills, is in the process of retooling Villa into a new evening haunt. While sources said the venue would be called Wax Rabbit, Roohi counters that he and partners have yet to decide on a name. Supposedly the spot is set to open sometime after Coachella, so late April/early May. If this next incarnation is anything like Villa, expect a ridiculous door, celebrities galore, and overpriced cocktails. [EaterWire]
