Josh Goldman, former GM and sommelier at ink., writes in to say that he is partaking in a temporary drinking engagement at Guelaguetza on April 2 at 7PM. Goldman is testing out some new techniques and will serve Mexican-inspired modernist and classic cocktails, mostly Tequila and mezcal-based. Think avocado soda with grapefruit and blanco Tequila; clarified michelada with Gindo's Spice of Life head. [~ELA~]
