This is Bibigo, the fast casual Korean bibimbap shop which opens April 2 in the space previously inhabited by Mako on S. Beverly. The clean, modern aesthetic is modeled after the Westwood location, however what's different here is the addition of a test kitchen used to demo new products for a branded line of Asian packaged foods. Bibigo BH marks the second Bibigo iteration to open in Los Angeles within the past year and a half, however management is scouting spaces around LA for more restaurants to open later this year.
