Dan Moody, the ex-LudoBites chef who most recently staged that Batch pop-up, now lands at Raphael in Studio City on April 17 to prepare a six course dinner along with Raphael chef Adam Horton. Dinner costs $65 and includes scallop crudo with uni ice cream, spicy tomato dressing, and miso-sesame crumble; and beef heart tartare with boudin noir, roti paratha, and yellow curry. [EaterWire]
