Gordon Ramsay Opening The Fat Cow at The Grove

New, 19 comments

Just a few days after Eater broke news of shouty chef Gordon Ramsay's foray into dining at The Grove, PR sends out an official release. The Fat Cow, slated to replace The Farm this summer, is a project conceived by Ramsay and Andi Van Willigan, corporate executive chef of Gordon Ramsay Holdings. The 200 plus seat restaurant will be designed by AK Design Network and architects Gold Grenade. Straight off the release, here's what to expect:

"The Fat Cow’s relaxed, rustic neighborhood dining environment will offer European inspired, authentic, quality, fresh cuisine utilizing ingredients from all local farms and purveyors. The family inspired dining will include a rotating roaster, house cured meats, local cheeses, daily inspired dishes from the farmers market, as well as an in house pastry chef offering selections of classic American home desserts with a British pub flare."
