On March 15 chef Laszlo Bossanyi debuts Laszlo's Garden Cafe and Champagne Bar adjacent to his Austro-Hungarian restaurant, Maximilian’s in North Hollywood. Sticking with Central European fare - which is all the rage as of late - Bossanyi is planning a health-conscious menu of soups, salads, wraps, and sandwiches, plus house-made sausages and additional Viennese/Hungarian entrees.
