Okada Reopning as Ohtaki, Franck Savoy to NYC, MORE!

This here is Sin City Wrap, a weekly recap of notable Las Vegas goings on.

WYNN— Last month Okada shuttered for renovations and word just in that the Japanese restaurant will reopen in May as Ohtaki. Devin Hashimoto will stay on board as chef and modify Okada's menu.

CAESARS— Franck Savoy, son of master French chef Guy Savoy, decamps from his father's namesake restaurant to accept a position as director of food and beverage for The Four Seasons New York.

AROUND TOWN— Las Vegas-based seafood darling Hot N Juicy Crawfish will open its fifth location in Fountain Valley, CA. This is one of those casual eat-with-your-hands joints.

HARRAH'S— Chef Kerry Simon (Simon LA) is considering an expansion of KGB: Kerry's Gourmet Burgers. He also says that he is thinking about a pizza concept called Simon Says.
