NYT brings word of Lucky Rice, a pan-Asian food festival organized two years ago in NYC by Danielle Chang, chief executive of Vivienne Tam clothing. The fest lands at Vegas' Cosmo on June 23 and in LA on August 10. Described as an Asian night market, expect food stalls from chefs across the country and more than 1,000 attendees.
