Not only is famed Tuscan butcher Dario Cecchini hitting Valentino to talk about cutting up dead animals, but the following day, April 20, Cecchini lands at Mozza2Go's Scuola di Pizza from 1-3PM for a demo on beef butchery. The afternoon costs $150 per head and will include both small bites and lunch during the demonstration.
In other news, Mozza Scuola has added Sunday brunch, with just one seating offered at 12:30PM. The four course seasonal brunch costs $35 excluding Mimosas, Bellinis, wine, beer, and fresh squeezed juices.
