Patina Restaurant Group's Kendall’s Brasserie has appointed Jean Pierre Bosc as new executive chef of the downtown French restaurant. Bosc was the owner of shuttered Mimosa and Café des Artistes restaurants and at Kendall’s he plans to update the menu with Parisian and regional Southern French dishes. [EaterWire]
