Coolhaus debuted its architecture-themed ice cream sammies exactly thee years ago at Coachella, so it's no surprise that the truck is back this year camped out in VIP. On Friday, the first 300 festival-goers to visit the truck post 2PM and on Sunday the first 200 to hit the truck after 1PM all receive gratis ice cream sandwiches with names like Scooplove (Grouplove's sea salted caramel ice cream with chocolate chip cookies), Austin Breakfast (Gary Clark Jr's Jameson and Lucky Charms) and D.A.N.C.E (Justice's fig, mascarpone and almond).
